Located on the waterfront in Albert Park. APYAC is the perfect venue for your next function.

This beautiful event space is the ideal blank slate for our members to host their next function. With floor-to-ceiling glass windows, which capture the essence of Port Phillip Bay.

Your choice of drink and catering options will be guided by our functions team, who will make sure that both you and your guests’ expectations are fulfilled.

Venue Hire

APYAC can hold up to 150 persons for a Cocktail Function, 80 persons for a Seated Function (General), or a Wedding/Engagement Venue Hire.

MEMBERS HIRE
$2500.00 + GST ($2750.00) (For General Hire)
$3500.00 + GST ($3850.00) for Weddings/Engagement Parties/Wakes

  • INCLUDES- Venue, Linen, Staff, Set up and Pack down.
  • Private Bar and Decking area offering stunning views of Port Phillip Bay
  • Decorations and Celebration Cakes are welcome- please talk to our team.
  • Sound system and microphone are provided with any function free of charge, but members are welcome to provide Live Music or DJs.
  • Alcohol can be designed to fit around your function with pay-as-you-go or Bar Tab
  • 2 x Registered Security Guards are required (at members’ costs for groups over 90 persons).
  • Functions can be hosted between Monday to Wednesday upon availability between 12 noon and 10 pm
  • Saturday Evenings subject to availability 6 pm-11:30 pm exit by midnight no access to the venue before 5 pm on Saturdays.
  • NO parties will be held for 21st or younger Birthdays unless approved by the APYAC Manager
  • Ascot Catering Solutions is the Club’s exclusive caterer.
  • A deposit is taken to secure your date, this can be paid via cash or with a credit card. Once a deposit is made with our Functions Team an appointment will be made to meet at the club to guide you through your function wish list.
  • Functions Refund Policy
  • 100% refundable 31 days before the function.
  • 50% refundable 14 days before the function.
  • No refund if cancelled 13 days or less before the function unless the manager and committee review the situation and deem it appropriate to refund due to the situation.
