Function Bookings

The Club is available for private functions and commercial hire Monday to Wednesday and any Saturday evening from 6.30pm onwards. Phone our manager on 03 4828 9218

Volunteer Request

Do you have some free time to spare? Are you able or willing to learn to pour a beer? Do you have a fun personality?

If you can answer yes to all three questions, please contact Memberships – APYAC memberships@apyac.org.au

Boat Hire

Boat hire and kayak hire is available for members that have successfully completed an induction and training. A Marine license is also mandatory for any member hiring a boat.

Boat or kayak hire is not available to non members or Affiliate Members.

Bait

For members, a limited bait supply is available to be purchased from the club. Go to the bar to organise the purchase.

Keys

All members are entitled to a key/fob to the upstairs area. Only boat owners will be issued with a key to the boathouse. Contact the office on 4828 9218 to arrange.

Club Meetings

A club meeting is held on the first Wednesday of each month (excluding January) at 7.00pm. All members and associate members are invited to come. The bar operates before and after the meeting with free snacks after. Look to our Tight Lines communication for details of any guest speakers.

Newsletter

Our APYAC Club Newsletter Update ‘Tight Lines’, is emailed to members on a fortnightly basis. It is also available on our website.

New Members Access Cards

New members access cards/fobs are available for pick up from the Bar during service hours. The Access cards/fobs also carry new members $100.00 credit and, allow this to be used for purchase of drinks, bait or merchandise at the club.

Member Handbook

It is intended that this booklet will prove of value to new members of the Club as an introduction to some of the traditions, rules and activities of the APYAC with the view to helping new members take full advantage of Club facilities and our angling, boating, and social programs. The Member Handbook is available on our website under ‘Our Club’.

Access To Club Outside Of Normal Operating Hours

Other than the boathouse for boat owners or Members hiring a boat, the Clubhouse is not accessible outside normal Operating hours.

Visitors

Members may introduce/guests or visitors to enjoy our facilities. Visitors or Guests must sign in on entrance and must be accompanied by a Member.

Dress Code

Members are expected to always maintain an appropriate dress standard, and footwear is always a must.

Kitchen & Club

A La Carte menu:
Please refer to daily specials on board. The menu can also be found on his website under the Dining tab at https://apyac.org.au/dining/

Bookings:
All members are strongly recommended to book well in advance of their proposed visit. Late bookings cannot be assured of a table on their night of choice. Members are also reminded to place their meal order early or understand that with the size of our kitchen a delay on busy days is to be expected.

Table Clearance:
All members are kindly requested to clear their table of plates and glasses once they have finished dining and/or drinking at the club.
