Members are requested to sign themselves and their guests in upon arrival at APYAC.
The easiest way for members to sign in is by placing their FOB on the pad at the front entrance.
The easiest way for member’s guests to sign in, is to have their drivers licence scanned.
If all members can educate guests that drivers licence is the quickest way to do this that would be greatly appreciated.
Member and Guest details are stored on a secured program called Infosign used by RSL’s and many other licensed Clubs, with multiple authentication passwords.
Information stored is minus day of birth and licence number.
Image of the licence is kept for 7 days and then purged and removed and is unrecoverable.
The name and address as shown on the licence is kept for up to three years as per regulation for our liquor licence.
